🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, or the former MCSA/MCSE) • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune • Experience with SCCM + Intune coexistence (co-management) • Technical certifications relevant to the role • Knowledge and experience with VMware products, Hitachi Storage, SAN (Brocade), and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applications • Advanced knowledge in implementing GPOs (security baselines) • Experience with infrastructure for distributed environments (distribution centers, retail stores, etc.) • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps • Advanced English • Preferred: Support experience for on-premises servers (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud (Azure), including applying Windows patches via SCCM and performing server firmware updates.
