📋 Description
• Support the sales team in initial outreach to prospective customers • Warm up and perform basic lead qualification • Contact customers from the provided database • Update customer records and profile information • Identify decision-makers and assess their interest in learning about the company's solutions • Conduct research using public sources to supplement strategic data • Organize and tabulate collected information for handoff to the sales team
