📋 Description

• Manage Adelaide Metrics’ financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls across the organization • Oversee billing and accounts receivable processes, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance activities • Provide insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting • Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting • Prepare financial reports and analyses for executive review • Monitor financial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls • Support cash flow planning and monitoring to ensure financial stability • Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Coordinate financial audits and support audit preparation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Financial Controller or similar role • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized with keen attention to detail • Acts as a problem solver and brings new ideas to the table • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Works well in a team or independently, and can handle multiple tasks with rigorous deadlines
