• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and refine job profiles • Manage the selection and negotiation process through to candidate onboarding • Ensure regular updates of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems

• Proven professional experience as a recruiter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and professional social networking platforms • Demonstrated ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies • Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
