• Contact solar companies that have not yet worked with Adgen. • Use a provided script and list to present services and propose appointments. • Make outbound prospecting calls. • Log calls on the company list. • Track performance at the end of sessions in a spreadsheet. • Reschedule canceled appointments. • Participate in internal training and weekly follow-up videoconferences. • Access a dashboard to monitor appointment progress. • Receive one-on-one coaching with an expert in telephone prospecting.
• Experience in telephone prospecting (ideally in the renewable energy sector) — entry-level candidates accepted if motivated. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented. • Ability to work independently. • Resilience to rejection and the ability to turn objections into opportunities.
