• Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, adtech, digital advertising, or a closely related commercial role. • Strong understanding of commercial relationship building and B2B outreach. • Ability to identify, approach, and qualify new partners independently. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Confident in pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and negotiation. • Commercial mindset with the ability to assess revenue potential, partner quality, and business fit. • Highly organized and disciplined with strong CRM and follow-up habits. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision. • Nice-to-Have: Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, advertising networks, affiliate networks, or performance marketing companies. • Existing network of advertisers, publishers, affiliates, agencies, networks, or traffic partners. • Familiarity with CPA, CPL, RevShare, payout models, caps, tracking links, postbacks, pixels, and campaign performance metrics. • Experience with verticals such as Dating, Nutra, iGaming, Sweepstakes, Finance, Lead Gen, or similar. • Experience preparing for and attending industry conferences.
