📋 Description

• Team leadership: You are the primary point of contact for your online marketing team, continuously develop the team and provide constructive feedback. • Strategy development: Together with the executive management, you develop the company’s marketing strategy and select appropriate marketing channels, communication concepts and target-group-specific measures. • Campaign and budget responsibility: You independently manage paid ads budgets (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), coordinate performance marketing channels and maintain oversight through KPIs, reporting and analysis. • Campaign optimization: You play a leading role in optimizing these campaigns. • Brand & Performance: With your deep knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you drive further brand development and effective reach growth through creative ideas and data-driven approaches. • Interface management: You act as the interface to other departments and external service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a degree in a related field (e.g., business, media or communication studies, e‑commerce) or an equivalent qualification. • You have at least 10 years of experience in online marketing, including at least 4 years in a leadership role, ideally in a SaaS environment. • You are passionate about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of the various performance marketing channels. • You have successfully led a team and can motivate and develop its members. • You bring strong communication skills, empathy and high social competence. • You understand the difference between Sales-Led and Product-Led Growth — and have demonstrable experience working in a PLG environment. • You have strong organizational skills, set clear priorities and keep track of multiple tasks. • Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality. • You have a solid understanding of how generative AI — in particular Claude — works and where it delivers real value. • You have very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
