📋 Description
• Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met • Manage an ever-growing amount of campaigns • Liaise with partners and sales representatives, building long-term relationships and making custom deals • Analyze data and update the team on hot opportunities and market trends • Brainstorm with media managers and colleagues to improve processes • Launch new international campaigns every day • Stay up-to-date on industry trends • Manage large monthly budgets
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in this field • University/Bachelor degree in marketing or economics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Very organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented • Tenacious, hard-driving self-starter focused on achieving goals • Ability to figure things out independently and find new solutions • Flexibility to adjust schedule across various time zones • Excellent English writing and communication skills • Result-driven attitude • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask • Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing • Understanding of advertising terminology including CPM, CPC, and CPL • Proven track record of high-spending accounts • Proficiency with Excel • Google Ads and SEO knowledge • Knowledge of graphic design or Photoshop would be a big plus
