📋 Description

• Contribute to seamless running of IT services (day to day support) • Participate with Domain Product Owners and Business Partners on any Infrastructure related project and support service • Engage with local vendors to ensure that contractual agreements are adhered to • Monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements. • Manage various smaller infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and on-budget execution • Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient spoken and written command of English • At least 3-year experience in IT • 1 year of experience in relevant area
