📋 Description

• Support the company’s sustainability strategy through robust ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting • Work cross-functionally to strengthen the quality, consistency, and impact of sustainability disclosures and communications • Enable transparent and credible reporting aligned with major ESG frameworks • Contribute to internal and external ESG communications • Coordinate ESG data collection across HR, Procurement, Operations, and other departments • Prepare documentation for audits and external verification • Maintain and improve ESG data management systems and processes • Support training and awareness on ESG data requirements • Identify opportunities to improve ESG data processes and reporting efficiency • Monitor evolving ESG regulations and frameworks • Contribute to quarterly sustainability newsletters and external sustainability content • Manage internal renewable energy purchases (EACs) end to end • Manage the Employee Engagement Programme • Report to Olivia Benier

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, including CDP, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, and SBTi • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and a high level of rigour • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Must be based in Portugal
