• The Solutions Analyst will play a key role in engaging with key stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, risks, and objectives that enable the successful delivery of adm indicia’s technology solutions. • As a group level role, you will be assigned projects by the Head of Business Analysis and will provide regular updates regarding the status of your projects and help foster collaboration across the organization to ensure seamless project execution. • The role will also see you providing sizing and estimates for effort required, supporting the creation and authoring of designs and solutions, as well as supporting daily development activities in a scrum framework. • Occasionally, you will also be required to support in conducting application testing and managing smaller projects. • The potential candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with development and business teams, manage personal timelines and producing high quality requirements and business cases to achieve project sign off and approvals. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by driving successful project outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of business processes and technology solutions.
• At least 5 years working as an analyst in the software / technology sector across different systems / tools with a full understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience in both scrum and kanban agile frameworks • A full working understanding of Agile metrics and ceremonies including daily standups, retrospectives and burn down charts • Knowledge of the global supply chain including manufacturing, sourcing and distribution is highly desirable • Strong experience in elicitation, analysis and documentation of Business Requirements • Experience of business and system workflows from Front to Back office • Knowledge of integrating multiple systems and processes is highly desirable • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. • Significant experience in supporting and delivering a large, complex and diverse organisational projects to tight deadlines. • Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects to a successful conclusion, with multiple customers/users, using structured methodologies • Experience of managing others on project teams, lead certain team members regarding systems and processes. • Ability to work on various types of projects and adapt to each situation seamlessly • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on and complete multiple projects at a time, independently or as part of a team • Must have fluent level of English (written & spoken) • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills • Confident in presenting at all levels within organization • High level of competency in Microsoft applications including Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Knowledge of Power queries, macros, and advanced formulae is a plus • Additional experience in other tools such as Figma, PowerBi and Airtable • An active knowledge of delivering solutions on modern technology including, .NET, C#, SQL, react, APIs • Ability to work across different markets / regions and with offshore teams • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally and present information in a way that promotes full comprehension • Highly organized and strong attention to detail • Passion for efficiency, problem solving and innovation
