• 10–15+ years in enterprise sales, management consulting, or strategic roles with High Tech experience • A track record of shaping how clients think — not just responding to their stated needs • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong sales talent • Strong analytical and forecasting discipline; comfortable presenting at all levels • Engineering background preferred; MBA or equivalent a plus • Experience in technical sales, product strategy, or consulting is a differentiator
