🎯 Requirements

• German language skills (written and spoken) at least C1 level; English skills are a plus • Degree in information technology such as Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification • Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development • Proven project experience in software development • Ideally experience in the banking or insurance industry, or strong interest in getting to know these sectors • Broad technology stack including Spring Boot, Angular, and Docker/OpenShift alongside common modern software development technologies • Deep knowledge of software design and architecture • Familiarity with modern methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration/delivery • Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, combined with the desire and patience to share your knowledge and experience
