• Coordinate and deliver initiatives to gain and maintain access to government and enterprise eID systems across regions (EU, APAC, LATAM, US, Africa) • Oversee project timelines, cost structure, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to keep eID integrations compliant, operational, and scalable • Act as the regional eID expert for internal teams, regulators, and partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers in Japan • Deliver product demos, manage inbound inquiries, and build trusted customer relationships • Ensure smooth communication between Japanese clients and internal teams, providing localized support • Own the full sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, and identify market trends/opportunities • Contribute market-entry strategies and cultural insights to strengthen the go-to-market approach
• Native-level Japanese • Fluent English • 2–5 years in B2B SaaS, identity, compliance, or privacy-first tech • Experience in enterprise account management or sales with Japanese clients (highly valued) • Comfortable working across time zones in async-first environments • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-trust settings and take ownership without direction • Culturally fluent in Japanese business practices and customer expectations • Strong communicator, able to simplify complex compliance/regulatory topics for diverse stakeholders • Background in digital identity, security, or blockchain-related technologies
