📋 Description

• Analyze clients’ business objectives and develop tailored strategies for Search and Shopping Ads on Google and Microsoft • Plan, implement, and monitor complex national and international SEA campaigns end to end, with a focus on Search and Shopping Ads • Independently manage and optimize substantial budgets • Ensure achievement of defined KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL • Prepare in-depth analyses and reports • Derive actionable recommendations • Present results and strategic plans to clients • Monitor the market and emerging trends • Test new beta features, tools, and ad formats • Proactively share knowledge with the team • Mentor junior team members and provide professional and personal support • Act as a sparring partner within the team • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients • Further develop processes and services • Actively contribute to the growth of the services business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the operational and strategic management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns • Agency experience is preferred • In-depth knowledge of campaign structuring, management, and optimization, conversion tracking, and automation • Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and commonly used analytics and reporting tools • Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets • Professional and persuasive client communication skills • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable manner • Structured, independent way of working and a strong commitment to quality • Native-level German proficiency (C2) • Very good written and spoken English (at least B2)
