📋 Description

• Own the clients’ overall Meta Ads strategy. • Develop full-funnel strategies for Facebook and Instagram Ads. • Conduct audience analyses and define data-driven audiences. • Collaborate with the design team and create creative briefs. • Manage budgets, conduct systematic testing, and scale campaigns profitably. • Analyze ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPA. • Derive and implement optimization measures. • Systematically test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies through A/B testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, ideally in e-commerce. • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, budgeting, and bidding strategies. • Data-driven mindset, with optimization based on performance metrics. • Strong understanding of creatives and their performance. • Ability to present results and strategies clearly and effectively. • Fluent German. • English is an advantage. • No specific educational background required; formal qualifications are not a deciding factor.
