📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies, particularly using Meta and TikTok Ads • Analyze relevant KPIs and optimize accounts based on data • Prepare weekly reports • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages • Present current performance data during weekly client calls • Derive and implement actionable recommendations • Strategically develop client accounts by leveraging internal resources • Provide functional leadership and mentoring to team members

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, ideally in an agency environment • Holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs • Expert knowledge of Paid Social • Excellent communication skills when working with clients • Empathy and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Highly developed organizational skills and initiative • Ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results • Experience providing functional leadership and mentoring team members • In-depth understanding of tracking and attribution
