📋 Description

• Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across all levers — including creative, bidding, budgets and automation — working with six-figure budgets • Build full-funnel architecture and allocate budgets based on impact • Use cross-channel attribution as an attribution layer and make budget decisions based on ROAS and POAS • Analyze performance data and derive concrete, actionable recommendations • Own A/B tests and scaling strategies to measurably improve creatives • Provide data-driven feedback to the Creative Strategist • Brief design and content teams as well as external agencies • Share responsibility for tracking setup, including Pixel, CAPI and GA4, as well as product feeds and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Paid Social, primarily with Meta Ads • Analytical, structured mindset and strong affinity for numbers • Experience working in a data-driven way and continuously optimizing campaigns • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team • Fluent German • Good English • Understanding of direct-response marketing (nice-to-have) • Experience with tracking and attribution tools, e.g., GA4 and Admetrics (nice-to-have) • Willingness to further develop Paid Social skills (nice-to-have)
