📋 Description

• Day-to-day optimization of Google Ads accounts for growth clients, primarily Search, Shopping and Performance Max, and where applicable Display, Video and Demand Gen • Managing budgets and bidding strategies aligned with ROAS, POAS, CPA, conversion rate (CR) and profitability targets • Developing clean, scalable campaign and feed structures along the customer journey • Analyzing performance data, identifying patterns and deriving concrete optimization steps and tests • Implementing optimizations and tests directly in the accounts • Testing custom labels, audience signals, margin logic and creatives • Converting successful setups into stable standards • Close collaboration with account management, copy, design and tracking teams • Responsible for the operational performance of selected large e‑commerce growth clients with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, ideally in e-commerce or performance marketing • Solid understanding of Search, Shopping and preferably Performance Max campaigns • Confident handling of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and AOV (average order value) • POAS/profit-oriented mindset is a plus • Ideally some experience with feed optimization, custom labels, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity or CRO/A-B testing • Strong eye for data, audiences, budgets and creatives • Structured working style and strong attention to quality • Cleanly documented setups • Eager to learn, open to feedback and interested in professional and personal development • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Alignment with the values Built to Impress, Steady Growth and Zero Ego
