• Conduct asset collection and prepare creative mock-ups of customer-facing marketing collateral by adhering to the monthly assignment tracker timelines. • Interpret client’s business guidelines and policies to ensure that creative asset is compliant with legal, regulatory, and branding guidelines. • Liaise with internal partners during the process to obtain approvals and resolve outstanding issues. • Perform user acceptance testing of collateral prior to launch in market; conduct post implementation validation after launch, as required by business unit. • Provide training and/or mentoring to team members. • Develop and manage project milestones and documentation for each step in the campaign cycle to meet all project timelines.
• College Degree from an accredited college or university, or 5-7 years of professional experience in lieu of college degree required. • 5+ years in compliance/QA, Direct Marketing industry experience with marketing or advertising background, campaign execution, and/or Client Relationship Management skills. • Organized self-starter who displays initiative, strong attention to detail and delivers high-quality work. • Leadership skills. • High-level confidence and trust of peers and leaders. • Role Model. • Interpretation of information and decision-making skills to make judgements. • Advanced ability to effectively manage projects to meet deadlines and deliver on promises. • Advanced communication skills and ability to articulate questions, directions, and solutions clearly and effectively. • Advanced ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment. • Lead and drives continuous improvements and key initiatives.
