📋 Description

• Own and drive the growth of existing agency business, selling new platform licenses, high-value solutions, and service projects with our established agency clients. • Lead the pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing of all proposals, ensuring favorable commercial terms and accurate representation of value. • Produce and maintain accurate opportunity pipeline forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and yearly). • Understand and articulate our full offering across platforms, tools, and solutions, leveraging this knowledge to drive sophisticated cross-sell and up-sell conversations. • Proactively reach out and engage senior decision-makers at existing agency clients, establishing deep, strategic relationships built on trust and demonstrated expertise. • Lead client presentations and pitches for new proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition of diversifying their programmatic platforms, adopting AI-based tools, and utilizing new measurement solutions. • Serve as a core commercial lead in key client conversations pertaining to platform adoption, technology roadmaps, and strategic investment. • Work closely with the Strategy Lead to build compelling pitches, tailor solutions, and ensure our proposals are strategically sound and aligned with client needs. • Collaborate regularly with Client Success Managers on their book of business to gain deep insight into client challenges and identify high-potential opportunities for commercial engagement. • Contribute to and execute team-wide initiatives in conjunction with the Head of Agency Growth to continuously optimize and drive sustainable growth within the existing agency portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years previous sales and/or client services/account management experience in ad tech, media or agencies. • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of experience. • Experience working with Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management. • A proven track record of strong commercial/sales acumen, demonstrating the ability to identify, pitch, and successfully close incremental growth opportunities across a portfolio of high-value business. • Strong record of fostering and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at independent media agencies, serving as a trusted advisor. • An expert-level understanding of the digital media buying space, including the programmatic and search landscapes, various media formats, and the current agency structure, goals, and operational models. • A self-starter with a strong proven track record of leadership who can work effectively and autonomously to proactively manage and expand agency relationships. • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Strategy, Client Success) and all levels of management (internally and externally). • Strategic and creative mindset, always focusing on innovative and measurable client solutions to drive growth. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead impactful client presentations. • Rigorous attention to detail, a strong drive for excellence, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills. • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) for pitch building and forecasting.
