📋 Description

• Provide expert SEM guidance on bid strategies, value-based bidding, keyword recommendations, audience strategy, and integrating offline-to-online data opportunities. • Create tailored media plans, trafficking documents, tagging toolkits, and campaign architecture setups for Google Marketing Platform (SA360, CM360, DV360), Google Ads, and other leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP). • Act as a technical reference for SA360, Google Ads, CM360, DV360 involving cross-platform tracking, resolving complex issues related to trafficking, discrepancies, configuration, and advising on best practices. • Master GMP's measurement and reporting capabilities (CM360, GA4), connecting advertising investment data with business outcomes. • Lead consulting projects on digital strategy, technological maturity (Adtech/Martech), ensuring all media strategy and recommendations align with customer business objectives and KPIs. • Evaluate clients' current GMP and multi-platform setups, identify areas for improvement, and develop long-term roadmaps to maximize the strategic and operational value of their advertising technology investments. • Advise clients on best practices and lead implementation projects focused on the Google Marketing Platform suite (SA360,DV360,CM360,GA4), including integration with other platforms (Google Ads, Social Ads, CRM, CDP) and the client's Martech ecosystem. • Contribute to the development of new internal products and solutions, including those related to AI and advanced measurement (e.g., MMM/incrementality) applied to digital marketing. • Manage large scale, high complexity clients. • Present detailed analysis of campaign results and provide ongoing strategic recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and support teams to present media service opportunities, upsell solutions, and drive additional revenue, providing a holistic, omnichannel media lens to all clients. • Lead client engagements, including platform demos, strategic recommendations, services scoping, and onboarding new clients. • Stay informed of industry trends and new product features, integrating them into strategic client recommendations and presenting to internal teams. • Develop best practices and processes to streamline identifying and executing growth opportunities for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of media experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience using the Google Marketing Platform (SA360/Google Ads, CM360, DV360) or experience in comparable buying and serving platforms. • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and/or relevant agency/brand experience and certifications. • Proven track record in planning, buying, and optimizing media campaigns to performance metrics. • Strong working knowledge of ad-serving technologies and multi-channel programmatic/search platforms. • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
