📋 Description
• Oversee the Client Service Resource Library ensuring high standards • Curate & optimize technical documentation and process workflows • Lead live technical training sessions • Maintain and evolve the resource library • Partner with service teams to document workflows within the Project Management System • Document all workflows affected by General Ledger implementations and lead internal rollout strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry (Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred) • In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting • Experience as an external auditor or CPA certification is a major plus • Ability to explain complex concepts into manageable workflows • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver • Proficient in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems such as Xero, FundCount, or Dynamo • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
