📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the 1HMX five-year growth plan • Build and manage a global sales pipeline • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies • Cultivate executive-level relationships with C-suite and decision makers • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance global sales organization • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met • Own accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience • Proven track record of building and executing multi-year growth strategies • Strong network and direct experience selling into industrial, medical device, aerospace/defense, or advanced technology OEMs • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
