• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the 1HMX five-year growth plan • Build and manage a global sales pipeline • Expand penetration into targeted vertical markets • Cultivate executive-level relationships with decision makers • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance global sales organization • Collaborate with Marketing to refine value propositions • Own accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience • Strong network and direct experience selling into industrial, medical device, aerospace/defense, or advanced technology OEMs • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
