📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels • Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team • Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients • Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials • Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities • Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role • Must reside in LATAM • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Comfortable conducting outreach activities and communicating with prospects • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication • Nice to have: Experience with CRM platforms • Nice to have: Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or lead-generation activities • Nice to have: Experience in B2B environments • Nice to have: Interest in technology, staffing, recruiting, or consulting industries
