📋 Description
• Build and expand our Polish UGC creator network • Research, outreach to, and selection of suitable Polish creators • Evaluate creators in terms of content quality, authenticity, and brand fit • Communicate and coordinate during productions • Support adapting German scripts for the Polish market • Linguistic review and proofreading of Polish scripts, subtitles, and videos • Ensure that content is not only correctly translated but also linguistically and culturally authentic
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level Polish • Very good knowledge of German • Experience with the Polish e-commerce and social media market • Ideally experience in UGC, influencer, or creator management • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current content trends in Poland • Independent, reliable, and organized working style • A good instinct for authentic, performance-driven content
