📋 Description

• Support the founders with strategic and operational matters • Independently take on and execute various projects • Research and prepare information as a basis for business decisions • Create analyses, presentations, reports, and decision papers • Analyze company metrics and derive concrete recommendations for action • Support projects in sales, operations, marketing, and business development • Analyze and further develop existing internal processes • Coordinate and follow up on important projects and tasks • Research new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies • Assist with short-term operational challenges as they arise • Use AI and automation tools when they can make processes or tasks meaningfully more efficient

🎯 Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university • You are interested in entrepreneurship, company building, and economic contexts • You have a quick grasp and can independently familiarize yourself with new topics • You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner • You have high personal quality standards and take responsibility for your tasks • You are analytically strong and can quickly capture and clearly present information • You are digitally savvy and adapt quickly to new tools and systems • Ideally, you already have experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications • You understand AI as a tool and can assess when tasks can be solved more efficiently with AI or automation • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Prior experience with automation tools like Make or n8n is a plus but not required
