📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers working on development infrastructure projects • Play a key role in winning work and building long-term client relationships • Maintain technical quality and commercial performance across a range of projects • Work closely with colleagues across AECOM’s wider multidisciplinary teams
🎯 Requirements
• Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with experience in a senior or leadership role • Strong background delivering development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients • Someone who enjoys building teams, supporting junior engineers, and taking ownership of work
