📋 Description

• Lead hardware design for automated systems in both greenfield and brownfield projects. • Ensure all designs comply with UL, IEC, NFPA, and customer specifications. • Oversee robust field device layout and component selection. • Collaborate with customers during requirements gathering and design reviews. • Mentor engineers, set strategic direction, and build a scalable, high-performing team. • Develop and implement engineering processes to support rapid growth. • Drive cross-functional teamwork and uphold Aegis’s core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required. • Advanced expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and Safety over Ethernet/IP. • Proven ability to design Main Control Panels and select components for complex systems. • Successful leadership of hardware design for both new installations and upgrades. • Deep knowledge of UL, IEC, NFPA, and other relevant codes. • Skilled at customer engagement during requirements and design reviews. • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and build scalable teams. • Comfortable building processes and scaling a team in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
