• Define, document, implement and maintain standardized processes and workflows in Operations with the goal of increasing efficiency, quality, automation and productivity, as well as virtually connecting the service centers • Provide functional/operational authority and direction to Operations staff • Identify training needs for Operations employees • Implement processes for new customers and create tailored customer proposals in collaboration with the Commercial team • Drive technical development of working methods and increase the level of automation • Participate in projects • Properly document processes and working methods to provide a clear knowledge database in the company Wiki • Prepare management reports, analyses and presentations • Work closely with the company's leadership team • Report to the Senior Manager Operations
• Completed vocational training as a Travel Agent/Tourism Specialist • Several years of professional experience in the travel or airline industry • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in the flight/airline domain • Very good knowledge of AER products, routines and tools • Independent, structured and self-directed working style • Change management and leadership experience are an advantage • Experience participating in projects • Willingness to continuously develop and improve your own work area and the team's; ability to simplify and make processes more effective • Excellent Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Visio skills are a plus • Ability to communicate and document complex topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders • High degree of initiative; ability to work in a focused and prioritized manner • Good written and spoken English • Willingness to travel
