📋 Description

• Plan, manage and deliver the overall change-management approach for assigned Digital Services projects • Own and maintain the change-management strategy and integrated change plan • Assess organisational, operational and site-level impacts, stakeholder groups, adoption risks and readiness gaps • Define and track measurable change, readiness and adoption outcomes • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans across countries, sites, functions and leadership groups • Create and deliver project communications for country and site teams • Ensure role-based training content, user guides, quick-reference materials and documentation are developed and maintained • Plan training delivery by country and site, including schedules, attendance tracking and follow-up support • Establish and sustain local change-agent or champion networks • Lead site-readiness planning and maintain readiness criteria, checklists, dependencies and escalation paths • Coordinate site-specific go-live hypercare, issue triage, feedback capture, reporting and transition to business-as-usual support • Capture feedback, resistance themes and adoption barriers and coordinate mitigation actions • Partner with the Project Manager on integrated planning, RAID management, governance, dependencies and milestone delivery • Support the Business Owner with business outcomes, sponsorship, change decisions and post-go-live ownership • Quality-check, version-control and retain change-management deliverables • Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, benefits realisation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in change management, business, communications, organisational development, project management, healthcare, digital transformation or a related field • Recognised change-management qualification or practical experience using a structured change methodology is desirable • Project-management, training, facilitation or process-improvement certification is advantageous • Fluent professional English • Additional Affidea market languages are an advantage • Demonstrable experience leading change-management activities within digital, technology, operational or transformation projects • Experience coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, local readiness and go-live support across multiple sites or countries • Experience working alongside Project Managers, Business Owners, operational leaders, technology teams and external suppliers • Healthcare or another regulated, multi-site environment is strongly preferred • Experience establishing change-agent or champion networks and supporting adoption after implementation is desirable • Authorization to work in Europe
