• Overseeing all aspects of owned projects including managing internal resources and vendors • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud Migration, Integration and Automation projects • Managing and leading the project team • Ensuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner • Confirming feasibility of project delivery • Preparing UAT and Training strategy • Handing-over project to Support • Working with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management • Project planning and control including: Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan, allocation and optimized utilization • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary • Resolve cross-functional issues at project level • Manage project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary • Monitor project progress and performance • Provide status reports to the Project Owner • Liaise with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management • Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• BA/MA preferably with IT/Finance/Economics specialization • PMP or other certification in Project Management • 3-5 years’ experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software) • Fluent English • Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Attention to detail, testing, and documentation • Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and under stress
