📋 Description

• Work on tasks contributing to the team's projects and goals with team support • Collaborate proactively with the team and stakeholders, creating visibility and dialogue around risks and trade-offs • Balance speed and quality while protecting systems from downtime • Engage in growth and development activities to contribute to team community • Participate in a required on-call rotation • Build platforms for international markets, focusing on purchase protection, disputes, refunds, and agent tooling • Collaborate with European engineering counterparts and the global Servicing Engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue • Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using languages such as Python or Kotlin • Ability to translate simple problems or business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code • Comfort navigating a large codebase and debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team • Willingness to participate in a required on-call rotation • Must be based in Spain
