📋 Description

• Coordinate the Credit team, fostering technical development, monitoring results, and continuously improving processes • Lead analyses and strategies related to the credit lifecycle, aiming to balance growth, profitability and risk • Monitor performance indicators, portfolio quality and financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement • Propose and implement initiatives to evolve credit policies, strategies and processes • Work collaboratively with Product, Commercial, Modeling, MIS, Collections, Technology and other partner teams • Support the development of studies, executive presentations and materials for leadership decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields • Experience in Credit, with knowledge and practical experience in financial solutions, payment methods and financial institutions • Experience in data analysis, strategy definition and monitoring business KPIs • Experience in leading or coordinating teams, formally or by influence • Knowledge of credit products and risk and profitability metrics • Preferred knowledge of SQL, Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure • Analytical ability, business acumen and a problem-solving orientation
