📋 Description

• Control the payment and withholding of taxes related to services provided by external suppliers (e.g., INSS, ISS); • Reconcile and analyze the company's checking accounts and supplier accounts using bank statements and general ledgers; • Classify and record fiscal documents, expenses, taxes, and other transactions in the accounting system; • Prepare, enter, and produce general control spreadsheets related to the accounting department; • Assist with the monthly accounting of expenses; • Assist with monetary adjustments and accounting for taxes such as IRRF (Withholding Income Tax), IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax), ICMS (Tax on the Circulation of Goods and Services), and others; • Reconcile, clear, and analyze payroll-related accounting accounts; • Provide support to administration, in coordination with other company areas, for the accounting entries required for month-end closing, such as taxes, depreciation, and others; • Periodically record and analyze transactions for loans obtained or in progress; • Organize, file, and update documents (reports, control records, and others) related to the area of responsibility; • Perform activities related to accounting entries, including verification of debit and credit accounts, both detailed (analytical) and summarized (synthetic). Classify accounting documents according to the Chart of Accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent degree in Accounting Sciences) • Experience in the construction sector is desirable.
