📋 Description

• Prepare weekly forecasts and demand projections to maximize revenue and profitability • Develop and monitor pricing strategies according to market behavior • Analyze performance indicators such as RevPAR, Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy and profitability • Recommend strategies related to overbooking, groups/MICE, rate fluctuations and other sales channels • Collaborate with General Managers and commercial teams to set and track targets • Conduct training and promote a Revenue Management culture across the properties served • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to maintain the chain’s competitive positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Economics or related fields • Advanced Excel • Intermediate PowerPoint • Experience with PMS systems (preferably CM) • Analytical, organized, communicative profile with strong decision-making ability under pressure • Knowledge of RMS (Revenue Management System) (plus) • Courses or certifications in Revenue Management (plus) • Experience in the hotel segment (plus)
