AfterNow is a 3D presentation platform focused on augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) that helps schools and businesses create immersive, no-code presentations. The company offers a drag-and-drop interface, ready-made 3D assets, and a seamless user experience for use cases such as high-stakes meetings, training, sales, tradeshows, education, and exhibits/museums. AfterNow also positions itself as an Oculus Launch Pad and Microsoft Mixed Reality partner and runs workshops teaching non-technical users how to build AR/VR presentations.

📋 Description

• Create social media posts, ad banners, newsletters, presentation decks, and branded documents for the agency and clients • Create additional visual applications, print collateral, and digital collateral that reflect each brand identity • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality • Revise and adjust designs based on team and client feedback • Provide day-to-day support to designers and team members, including light administrative tasks • Apply and expand Afternow-created brands across marketing collateral, ads, social media assets, and presentation decks • Support retainer clients and agency marketing across varied visual touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of brand design experience • Agency, tech company, or freelance background • Demonstrated experience in brand design, presentation design, and/or marketing campaigns • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and an eye for aesthetics • Strong brand craft across marketing collateral, social assets, and presentation design • Experience building templates and decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote • Ability to produce print and digital collateral true to brand identity • Ability to deliver polished design variations at pace across multiple clients • Proficient in Figma and Illustrator • Comfortable building templates in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote • Fluent English, written and verbal • Effective collaboration with designers, team members, and clients • Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus • Animation or Motion/After Effects experience is a bonus
