âą Your mission as the Agency Partner Manager is to establish and grow a high-performing ecosystem of marketing, development, and eCommerce agencies that drive mutual value through revenue growth, new client acquisition, and product adoption. âą Youâll own the full partner lifecycle from identifying and recruiting strategic agencies to onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and joint marketing initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners. âą This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of partner management, sales, and strategic alliances, working closely with Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and agency partners. âą This is a remote position reporting to the Head of Partnerships with a preference for candidates based in Toronto, LA, NY, or SF. âą Flexibility in working hours may be required to support agencies across North America, Europe, and LATAM, along with occasional travel (up to 15%) for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
âą 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce space. âą Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/BigCommerce/Adobe Commerce service partners, etc.). âą Proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact. âą Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. âą Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment. âą Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam).
