📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, highly available backend services • Build APIs and integrations with internal and external systems • Participate in the squad’s technical discussions, contributing to architecture decisions and best practices • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, readability, and maintainability • Work with distributed systems and microservices-based architecture • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and continuous deployment best practices • Monitor applications (logs, metrics, and alerts), identifying and resolving issues • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to build efficient and scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend development experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, or Node.js) • Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Express, Echo, Fiber, or similar • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems • Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices • Experience with automated testing and software development best practices • Ability to analyze technical trade-offs involving performance, scalability, cost, and security • Experience working in agile squads and collaborating through code reviews • Preferred: experience with highly available or mission-critical systems • Preferred: experience with multiple integrations, including external APIs, authentication, billing, and legacy systems • Preferred: experience providing technical leadership for parts of projects or initiatives • Preferred: ability to contribute to architecture definition and solution design in partnership with Product
