📋 Description

• Develop, evolve, and maintain scalable, highly available backend services • Build APIs and integrations with internal and external systems • Actively participate in squad technical discussions, contributing to architecture decisions and best practices • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability • Work with distributed systems and microservices-based architectures • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and continuous deployment best practices • Monitor applications (logs, metrics, alerts), identifying and resolving issues • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to build efficient, scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with at least one modern language (Python, Go, or Node.js) • Experience with backend frameworks (such as FastAPI, Django, Express, Echo, Fiber, or similar) • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices • Experience with automated testing and development best practices • Ability to analyze technical trade-offs (performance, scalability, cost, and security) • Experience working in agile squads and collaborating on code reviews • Prior experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems (plus) • Experience with multiple integrations (external APIs, authentication, billing, legacy systems) (plus) • Prior experience providing technical leadership on parts of projects or initiatives (plus) • Ability to contribute to architecture definition and solution design in partnership with Product (plus)
