📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and development of IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and visibility of technological environments. • Define, track and analyze performance and availability metrics, including SLAs, SLIs and SLOs, supporting continuous improvement of services. • Perform trend analysis and capacity planning, proposing preventive actions to ensure scalability and stability of environments. • Deploy, manage and optimize observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, ELK or similar solutions. • Participate in incident management, troubleshooting and escalation processes, contributing to the rapid resolution of critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience with IT infrastructure on Windows Server and Linux. • Experience with observability and monitoring tools. • Scripting: Python, Bash and/or PowerShell. • Preferred: cloud (Azure), Terraform, security concepts/SIEM.
