• Map the market of mid-sized and large clinics, identifying buyer profiles, needs, and competitors; • Conduct interviews with clients, prospects, and lost accounts to identify adoption triggers and barriers; • Identify gaps in the value proposition and opportunities for differentiation within the enterprise segment; • Build analyses and product evolution scenarios, providing clear recommendations and defined trade-offs; • Present insights and strategic direction to executive leadership with clarity and supporting evidence; • Partner with the Sales team to unblock deals in large accounts and overcome product-related obstacles; • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to define the ICP (ideal customer profile) and acquisition and expansion strategies; • Lead discovery processes and influence the delivery of priority growth initiatives; • Prioritize product enhancements that accelerate acquisition, activation, and retention, balancing short- and long-term goals; • Align multiple squads, translating business needs into a clear, actionable backlog; • Monitor the health of the enterprise base, structuring retention, expansion, and perceived value uplift strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; • Strong experience in B2B Product Management, especially in mid- or large-scale SaaS; • Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers, dealing with complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders; • Advanced analytical skills, with experience building scenarios and strategic recommendations; • Experience with discovery and delivery in high-ambiguity environments and with imperfect data; • Proficiency with product and business metrics such as churn, retention, cohorts, LTV/CAC, and unit economics; • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting lines; • Experience working with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Growth; • Executive communication skills, with clarity in crafting narratives and presentations; • Nice-to-have: • Experience in healthtech or SaaS for healthcare professionals; • Experience with multi-product portfolios, APIs, or B2B integration platforms; • Experience with enterprise sales motion or Product-Led Sales.
