📋 Description

• Lead the technological evolution of the Prescription product, ensuring stability, usability, and security across critical workflows; • Work closely with Product, focusing on the physician user experience and operational efficiency; • Build and lead engineering teams, raising technical standards and delivery maturity; • Evolve the architecture with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and low latency; • Ensure software engineering excellence through best practices, testing, and observability; • Participate in technical governance and simplify the ecosystem; • Ensure compliance and the protection of sensitive data (particularly in a healthcare context).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams focused on critical digital products; • Strong foundation in software quality, reliability, and observability; • Experience with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.); • Experience with application security and protection of sensitive data; • Ability to work closely with Product, with a strong focus on user experience.
