📋 Description

• Manage people directly, including alignment, feedback and ongoing development; • Coordinate external consultants, ensuring quality and consistency of deliveries; • Design, implement and evolve scalable and secure backend solutions; • Define architectural standards, engineering best practices and guidelines; • Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement; • Make technical decisions considering performance, cost and scalability; • Ensure reliability through testing, observability and monitoring; • Collaborate with Product, Data and Design to define technical solutions; • Participate in technical planning, estimations and delivery strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mastery of modern backend development with at least one primary language (e.g., Python, Go or Node.js); • Experience with distributed systems, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and service-oriented architectures (microservices); • Experience in technical leadership of squads, active code review and mentoring engineers; • Knowledge of modern infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring/logs and continuous deployment; • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); • Ability to make technical decisions weighing trade-offs in performance, scalability, cost and security; • Experience acting as a Tech Lead or coordinator responsible for critical projects; • Hands-on backend development experience with modern stacks (FastAPI, Django, Express, Echo, Fiber, etc.); • Leadership experience on projects with multiple integrations and technical dependencies (e.g., external APIs, billing, authentication, legacy systems); • Experience with high-availability or mission-critical products; • Ability to design sustainable architectural solutions and guide technical decisions in collaboration with Product.
