📋 Description

• Architect backend systems that power AI-driven products • Build reliable integration layers for LLM and AI services • Design distributed systems that scale with AI workloads • Establish technical standards for backend architecture and reliability • Advocate for AI-driven development practices • Collaborate across engineering and product teams • Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality • Treat technical debt as opportunities for strategic improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English • Strong experience building production backend systems using Python, C#, or similar backend technologies • Expertise in designing RESTful APIs • Experience operating backend services in production environments • Experience designing microservice architectures • Familiarity with asynchronous processing and messaging systems • Understanding of system scalability, fault tolerance, and service reliability • Hands-on experience building systems on AWS or similar cloud platforms • Understanding of monitoring, observability, and operational debugging in production systems • Experience building applications that integrate LLM or AI services • Familiarity with production considerations like latency and error handling in AI-based systems • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex in the software development lifecycle.
