📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring technical decisions are aligned with the company’s global strategies • Ensure the robustness, scalability, stability, and security of the platforms • Support teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of critical projects • Ensure system and infrastructure architecture supports business growth • Remove impediments and promote internal and external visibility • Ensure the team has the conditions to deliver with excellence • Day-to-day management of developers — providing technical support, leading, engaging, and making decisions based on data and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Advantage: experience in adopting and orchestrating AI in the SDLC (code curation and quality, prompt engineering applied to technical contexts, productivity improvements, assisted leadership skills, and facilitating team upskilling) • Experience in transactional core banking environments (accounts, payments, PIX, settlements, open finance) • Product mindset and understanding of business metrics • Experience in people management and leading development teams • Knowledge of modern architecture (APIs, gateways, microservices, containers, messaging, event streaming) • Familiarity with .NET, Node, or JavaScript • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong command of engineering best practices (design patterns, clean code, observability, CI/CD) • Tracking team performance metrics (lead time, throughput) • Managing relationships with internal and external partners
