📋 Description

• This professional will be the primary technical reference for the team and the main bridge between product strategy and technical execution. They will not only build solutions but will also be responsible for raising code quality, mentoring the team, and ensuring the scalability of our platform using generative AI tools; • Lead the team technically, defining development best practices and architectural standards; • Drive and actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality; • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow and develop their careers; • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team, acting as a technical facilitator; • Be primarily responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable systems using Angular, Flutter, .NET, Node.js, React.js, and React Native; • Define and optimize the architecture of our serverless infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, S3, etc.); • Manage and improve the performance of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases; • Make critical and strategic technical decisions, evaluating new technologies and solutions that may benefit the company; • Collaborate closely with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications; • Help define the technology roadmap and the engineering backlog; • Ensure technical deliveries are aligned with timelines and business objectives; • Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects and new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, in-depth experience in fullstack development, with proficiency across multiple technologies in our stack; • Prior experience in a technical leadership role, formal or informal, such as Tech Lead or Architect; • Advanced knowledge of software architecture, DevOps, and system optimization; • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to the entire team; • Passion for teaching, learning, and solving highly complex problems; • Nice to have: • Experience with the AI-DLC methodology; • Experience with generative AI frameworks for code generation using SDD (Spec Driven Development).
