📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of interfaces and custom components within the VTEX IO ecosystem; • Architect solutions that ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility across the entire user journey; • Define coding standards and conduct Code Reviews to ensure the quality of the team's deliveries; • Collaborate with UX/UI and Product teams to translate business needs into efficient technical architectures; • Ensure the integrity of integrations and the full functionality of checkout and apps; • Act as a technical mentor for squads, assisting in the resolution of complex impediments and critical bugs; • Promote best practices for version control, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; • Solid experience with React, TypeScript and GraphQL; • Strong proficiency in the VTEX IO platform (Store Framework, Master Data, Apps and Checkout); • Ability to design scalable, reusable front-end architectures; • Strong knowledge of technical SEO and load optimization strategies; • Experience with Git and deployment processes in large-scale environments; • Ability to communicate across departments and translate technical terms for business stakeholders; • Experience managing teams; • Experience developing services and APIs using Node.js; • Knowledge of VTEX FastStore or middleware integrations; • Experience working on projects using agile methodologies within squad structures; • Technical English for interfacing with global support and reading advanced documentation.
