📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams focused on building and evolving Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. • Structure, develop, and scale high-performance teams, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and autonomy. • Work closely with Product Managers, Architecture, Data, and Business areas to turn business needs into high-impact solutions. • Define and deploy strategy, vision, and the roadmap for the domain's AI solutions. • Lead the development of intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, and AI-supported journeys for customer service and decision support. • Influence executive and technical stakeholders, driving alignment between business strategy and technical execution. • Ensure the architecture, scalability, resilience, observability, governance, and security of solutions in production. • Promote engineering best practices, DevOps, LLMOps, and the development of AI platforms at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering teams. • Experience building and delivering Generative AI solutions in production. • Strong experience with AWS. • Experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or enterprise Generative AI platforms. • Knowledge of distributed, resilient, and scalable system architecture. • Experience integrating systems via APIs, events, and microservices. • Development experience in Python. • Experience with LangGraph and LangChain. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and operation of AI-driven applications. • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
