📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for an agile, multidisciplinary squad • Define and evolve the architecture of distributed systems based on microservices • Work end-to-end in the development lifecycle: design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring and support • Promote engineering best practices: BDD, TDD and automated testing; structured code reviews and technical mentoring; observability, resilience and security • Drive the platform's technological evolution (scalability, performance and governance) • Foster technical decisions aligned with the organization's strategy • Collaborate closely with product, architecture and data teams • Develop and mentor squad members

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience programming in Java or Python, including building robust and scalable applications • Familiarity with major AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others, with the ability to implement cloud-based solutions • Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) • Ability to design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient integration between systems
